That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to William F. Kallweit, of Ontario, California, the sum of $299.33, in full settlement of all claims against the Government and as compensation for personal injuries to him, resulting from a collision on the 5th day of June, 1927, caused by the reckless, careless, and unlawful operation of a Government automobile by Frank L.
Montague, junior, while in the service of the Department of Commerce. Approved, February 28, 1929.
