Payment to owner of, for collision damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Captain Louis P. Sunderland, owner of the schooner Sentinel, the sum of $77.60 for cost of repair to said schooner Sentinel, which was damaged by collision with the United States Coast Guard cutter Smith on March 21, 1925. Approved, February 11, 1928.
