Flescher, Carmen Flescher, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Wabash River at or near McGregors Ferry in White County, Illinois,” approved May 1, 1928, is amended by striking out the words “at or near McGregors Ferry in White County, Illinois, and a point in Posey County, Indiana, and inserting in lieu thereof “at or near New Harmony in Posey County, Indiana, and a point in White County, Illinois.” Approved, February 28, 1929.
