That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place to the credit of James Hunts Along the sum of $2,000, out or any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended for his use and benefit under the supervision of the Secretary of the Interior to cover in full reimbursement and compensation for injuries incurred and resulting from his being attacked and severely beaten by Indians while engaged in the performance of his official duties as Indian policeman on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
