R. 5923](/us/bill/70/hr/5923).][[Private, No. 65](/us/pvtl/70/65).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretarySanitarium Company, Portland, Oreg.Reimbursement to, for care of Alaska insane. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $1,180 to the Sanitarium Company, of Portland, Oregon, Vol. 35, p. 601.for the purpose of reimbursing said corporation in that amount, which was disallowed by the Comptroller General of the United States and deducted from moneys due the Sanitarium Company, under its contracts with the Secretary of the Interior dated, respectively, January 25, 1919, and June 11, 1920, for the care and maintenance of the legally adjudged insane of Alaska.
