Hussey.Military record corrected.That in the administration of the pension laws, George C. Hussey, deceased, who was a member of Battery M, Fifth United States Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.organization on the 20th day of June, I860: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
