February 28, 1929.[[S. 5193](/us/bill/70/s/5193).][[Public, No. 835](/us/pl/70/835).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the President Pennsylvania middle judicial district.Additional judge authorized for.Vol. 36, p. 1087.U. S. Code, p. 863.of the United States, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, is hereby authorized to appoint an additional judge of the District Court of the United States for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, who shall reside in said district and shall possess the same qualifications and have the same powers and jurisdiction and receive the same compensation and allowances as the present judge of said district.
Effective on approval. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the President. Approved, February 28, 1929.
