Richardson. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Simon A. Richardson, who enlisted in the Navy July 26, 1898, shall hereafter be held and considered to *Proviso*. No back pay, etc.have enlisted on the 26th day of May, 1898: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, bounty or allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, February 27, 1929.
