R. 328](/us/bill/70/hr/328).][[Public, No. 263](/us/pl/70/263).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alaska.Bonds, etc., not required of, in legal proceedings in which interested. That in all actions or proceedings in any court in which the Territory of Alaska is a party, or in which it is interested, it shall not be required to furnish any bond or undertaking upon appeal or otherwise in any such action or proceeding.
