April 11, 1928.[[S. 3118](/us/bill/70/s/3118).][[Public, No. 261](/us/pl/70/261).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pearl River.Pearl River Valley Lumber Company may bridge, in Leake County, Miss. That the Pearl River Valley Lumber Company is hereby authorized to construct a temporary railroad bridge connecting its timber holdings and its lands and timber across Pearl River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in or near section 35, township 10 north, range 6 Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. east, Leake County, Mississippi, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over *Proviso*.Removal when abandoned as railroad bridge. navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906: *Provided*, That if the bridge authorized by this Act shall at any time be abandoned and no longer used for railroad purposes, the same shall be removed from the river by the Pearl River Valley Lumber Company, or its assigns, at its or their own expense.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 11, 1928.
