R. Barthold. Payment to, for fire losses. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $3,016.91 to F. R. Barthold, as compensation for the total destruction of a building and other property during a fire accidentally set by a Government employee while in the discharge of his official duties. Approved, February 26, 1929.
