Res., No. 7](/us/bill/70/privres/7).] Whereas Eloise Childers, Creek Indian, minor, roll numbered 354, Eloise Childers, Creek Indian.Preamble.having lost the allotment of land which the United States attempted to assign her and having received from the tribal funds no payments for the satisfaction of such rights; Therefore be it 2036 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Payment to, for allotment of Creek tribal lands.*Ante*, p. 1641.
That there is authorized to be appropriated the sum of $1,213.24, out of the tribal funds of the Creek Nation, in full satisfaction of her rights to an allotment of Creek tribal lands. Approved, December 15, 1928.
