Roberts.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Daniel F. Roberts, who was a private in Company D, Second Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the 10th day of April, 1899: *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.*Provided*, That no pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
