Davis. Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Herman C. Davis, of Camp Knox, Hardin County, Kentucky, the sum of $2,500 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for injuries arising out of a gun-shot wound inflicted by a member of the provost guard doing duty at Camp Knox on March 17, 1919. Approved, February 23, 1929.
