That the appropriation of $10,000 for the improvement and maintenance of the road across the Kaibab Indian Reservation, northern Arizona, en route to Grand Canyon National Park, as contained in the Interior Department Appropriation Act for the fiscal year 1929, approved March 7, 1928, shall be available for expenditure upon the approval of this resolution.
