R. 10566](/us/bill/70/hr/10566).][[Public, No. 223 ](/us/pl/70/223).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Illinois River. Peoria, Ill., may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Illinois River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Peoria, Illinois, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 29, 1928.
