R. 16279](/us/bill/70/hr/16279).][[Public, No. 789](/us/pl/70/789).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ohio River.Time extended for bridging, at Augusta, Ky.*Ante*, p. 435. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Ohio River at Augusta, Kentucky, authorized to be built by J. C. Norris, as mayor of the city of Augusta, Kentucky, his successors and assigns, by the Act of Congress approved April 20, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from April 20, 1929. 1254 Sec. 2.
Amendment.The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 21, 1929.
