R. 9946](/us/bill/70/hr/9946).][[Public, No. 216](/us/pl/70/216).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wabash River.Time extended for bridging, at Mount Carmel, by Illinois and Indiana.Vol. 44, p. 1339, amended.*Post*, p. 1094. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Wabash River, at or near Mount Carmel, Wabash County, Illinois, authorized to be built by the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana by the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1925, and extended by the Acts of Congress, approved July 3, 1926, and March 385 2, 1927, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 29, 1928.
