Russell.Reimbursement to, for forfeited bail bond.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement of his claim against the Government, $400 to H. A. Bussell, money taken and forfeited to the United States as bond money deposited by said H. A. Bussell for one B. L. Barber for his appearance at the Federal court in Bock Hill, South Carolina, though said Barber did comply with all the terms of said bond.
