That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to George J. Illichevsky the amount of $50 on account of losses sustained by him when called from his regular duty as member of a trail crew by order of the Forest Service to fight forest fires during July, 1926, in the Coeur d’Alene National Forest.
