R. 10913](/us/bill/70/hr/10913).][[Private, No. 365](/us/bill/70/pvtl/365).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryTalbird end Jenkins.Payment to, for services. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Thomas Talbird and Heyward Jenkins, attorneys, doing business under the firm name of Talbird and Jenkins, Beaufort, South Carolina, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,000 in full payment for the balance due on account of professional services rendered by the said Talbird and Jenkins under contracts with the Navy Department dated March 20, 1919, and October 9, 1919.
