R. 16527](/us/bill/70/hr/16527).][[Public, No. 762](/us/pl/70/762).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alabama and Coushatta Indians.Lands purchased for, in Texas, subject to mineral and timber reservations.*Ante*, p. 900. That in purchasing land for the Alabama and Coushatta Indians of Texas, as authorized by the Act of May 29, 1928 (Forty-fifth Statutes, pages 883–900), the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized, in his discretion, to accept title thereto subject to mineral interests and to existing *Proviso*.Title of grantors.contracts for sale of timber: *Provided*, That a good and sufficient title is otherwise found to be in the grantors.
