R. 9204](/us/bill/70/hr/9204).][[Public, No. 162](/us/pl/70/162).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Arkansas Highway CommissionCurrent River.Arkansas may bridge, at Success. to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and the approaches thereto across the Current River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Success, in the county of Clay, Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “AnConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 12, 1928.
