R. 12415](/us/bill/70/hr/12415).][[Public, No. 748](/us/pl/70/748).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Postal Service.Free transmission of domestic mail of Pan American diplomatic representatives. That under such regulations as the Postmaster General shall prescribe correspondence of the members of the Diplomatic Corps of the countries of the Pan American Postal Union stationed in the United States*Post*, p. 2422. may be reciprocally transmitted in the domestic mails free of postage, and be entitled to free registration, but without any right to indemnity in case of loss.Consular official mail.
The same privilege shall be accorded consuls of such countries stationed in the United States, and vice consuls when they are discharging the functions of such consuls, for the exchange of official correspondence among themselves, and for that which they direct to the Government of the United States.
