R. 14146](/us/bill/70/hr/14146).][[Public, No. 741](/us/pl/70/741).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Monongahela River.Allegheny County may bridge, at Pittsburgh, Pa. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Monongahela River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, approximately one and five-tenths miles above its junction with the Allegheny River, in the city of Pittsburgh, county of Allegheny,Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. and State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1929.
