R. 15084](/us/bill/70/hr/15084).][[Public, No. 732](/us/pl/70/732).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ohio River.Allegheny County may bridge, in Pittsburgh, Pa. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and oper-1168ate a free highway bridge with approaches thereto across the Ohio River at or near Keedsdale Street in the city of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, approximately nine hundred and eighty and four-tenths Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.miles above its mouth, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1929.
