R. 8818](/us/bill/70/hr/8818).][[Public, No. 141](/us/pl/70/141).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consentRed River.Louisiana Highway Commission may bridge, at Moncla.Vol. 44, p. 217. of Congress is hereby granted to the Louisiana Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Red River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Moncla, in the Parish of Avoyelles and State of Louisiana, and a point opposite thereto, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled, “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 10, 1928.
