R. 15470](/us/bill/70/hr/15470).][[Public, No. 730](/us/pl/70/730).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cumberland River.Tennessee may bridge, at Harts Ferry. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the highway department of the State of Tennessee to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Cumberland River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the vicinity of Harts Ferry, in Trousdale County, in the State of Tennessee, inConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1929.
