Leach Johnson.Payment to, widow of consul dying in service. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Etta B. Leach Johnson, widow or Felix S. S. Johnson, late American consul at Kingston, Ontario, Canada, the sum of $3,500, equal to one year’s salary of her deceased husband. Approved, February 2, 1929.
