C. Miller,B. C, Miller.Pay allowed, as special master, etc., Ohio northern district court. of Cleveland, Ohio, who was duly appointed a special master by the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Ohio, on June 17, 1919, in the cases of Meurer Steel Barrel Company (Incorporated) against The Cleveland Steel Barrel Company, numbered 464 in equity, and Meurer Steel Barrel Company (Incorporated) against The Ohio Corrugating Company, numbered 465 m equity, then pending in said court, be permitted to withdraw the sum of $525, with accrued interest, now on deposit in the Central National Bank of Cleveland, Ohio, in an official savings account, to the credit of the clerk of said court, said sum being the compensation allowed to B.

Miller as special master in said cases by the court, with the consent of the parties, and paid into court by the parties pursuant to such order of allowance, without suffering anyVol. 41, p. 1413; Vol. 42, p. 41. penalty prescribed by the Acts of Congress of March 4, 1921 (Forty-first Statutes at Large, page 1413), and June 16, 1921 (Forty-second Statutes at Large, page 41).
