R. 14925](/us/bill/70/hr/14925).][[Public, No. 697](/us/pl/70/697).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Bowdoin, Mont.Repayment to town-lot purchasers in.Vol. 44, p. 708. That any excess amounts paid by the purchasers of certain town lots in the town site of Bowdoin, Montana, and authorized to be repaid by the Act of Congress approved June 8, 1926 (Forty-fourth Statutes, page 708), shall, upon certification by the Secretary of the Interior, be paid by the Secretary of the Treasury in all cases where the application for refund is received on or prior to June 8, 1929.
