Roberts, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,500, as full compensation for services rendered in 1919 to the Alien Property Custodian by the firm of Crandall and Roberts in auditing the books of the Columbia and Northern Fishing and Packing Company.
