R. 8282](/us/bill/70/hr/8282).][[Public, No. 89](/us/pl/70/89).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Paiute, Shoshone, etc., Indians.Lands on Summit Lake, Nev., set aside for. That the following described lands in Nevada be, and they are hereby, withdrawn from entry, sale, or other disposition, and set aside for the Paiute and Shoshone Indians, and such other Indians as the Secretary of the Interior may see fit to settle thereon: *Provided, *That the withdrawal*Proviso.*Subject to prior rights.Description. hereby authorized shall be subject to any prior valid rights of any persons to the lands described:
Fractional sections 13, 24, and 25, township 42 north, range 25 east; section 1, township 41 north, range 25 east, and fractional sections 5 and 6, township 41 north, range 26 east of the Mount Diablo meridian in Nevada. Approved, March 3, 1928.
