Sink, a bankrupt, to file 1706an application for a discharge in bankruptcy in said court at any *Provisos*.Condition.time within six months from the approval of this Act: *Provided*, That it shall be made to appear to the judge of said court that said bankrupt was unavoidably prevented from filing an application within the time limit fixed by the general laws on bankruptcy:
Hearing, etc.*Provided further*, That said application shall be heard and determined according to said bankruptcy laws. Approved, February 25, 1928.
