CHAP. 99.— An Act Providing for the preparation of a biennial index to State legislation.February 10, 1927.[[S. 3634](/us/bill/69/hr/3634).][[Public, No. 596](/us/pl/69/596).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,State legislation.Biennial index of, to be prepared. That the Librarian of Congress is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and to report to Congress biennially an index to the legislation of the States of the United States enacted during the biennium, together with a supplemental digest of the more important legislation of the period.
Sec. 2. Amount authorized for. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated annually for carrying out the provisions of this Act the sum of $30,000, to remain available until expended. Approved, February 10, 1927.
