CHAP. 97.— An Act For the relief of Harry J. Dabel.February 9, 1927. [[H. R. 2994](/us/bill/69/hr/2994).][[Private, No. 343](/us/pvtl/69/343).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harry J. Dabel.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $1,729.50 to Harry J.
Dabel, who on October 29, 1919, was struck by a Government motor cycle and side car on the streets of San Francisco, resulting in serious injuries and long confinement in a hospital, the vehicle in question being driven by an employee of the motor transport general depot, San Francisco, California. Approved, February 9, 1927.
