CHAP. 97.— An Act To legalize a wharf and marine railway owned by George Peppier in Finneys Creek, at Wachapreague, Accomac County, Virginia.April 1, 1926. [[H. R. 2830](/us/bill/69/hr/2830).] [[Public, No. 84](/us/pl/69/84).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Finneys Creek, Va.Wharf and marine railway in, by George Peppier, legalized. That the wharf and marine railway owned by George Peppier in Finneys Creek, at Wachapreague, in the county of Accomac, Virginia, be, and the same are hereby, legalized to the same extent and with like effect as to all existing or future laws and regulations of the United States as if the permits required by the existing laws of the United States in such cases made and provided had been regularly obtained prior *Proviso*.Changes when necessary.to the erection of said wharf and marine railway: *Provided*, That any changes in said wharf and marine railway, which the Secretary of War may deem necessary and order in the interest of navigation, shall be promptly made by the owner thereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment.The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 1, 1926.
