CHAP. 96.— An Act For the relief of Sheffield Company, a corporation of Americus, Georgia.February 9, 1927. [[H. R. 8923](/us/bill/69/hr/8923).][[Private, No. 342](/us/pvtl/69/342).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sheffield Company.Refund to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Sheffield Company, a corporation duly chartered under the laws of Georgia, with its principal place of business in Americus, Georgia, the sum of $750, on account of surplus war material purchased by Sheffield Company from the United States Government at Souther Aviation Field, which property was never delivered to said Sheffield Company.
