CHAP. 894.— An Act For the relief of Natalie Summers.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 9135](/us/bill/69/hr/9135).] [[Private, No. 323](/us/pvtl/69/323).] Natalie Summers.Refund to, of premium paid on bond.*Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Natalie Summers, of the city of Washington, District of Columbia, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $506.67, the amount paid by Natalie Summers as premium which she was required to pay on her bond as administratrix of her deceased husband, Maddin Summers, formerly American consul general at Moscow, Russia, and who died at his post of duty in 1918, on fimds belonging to the United States and which came into her possession as administratrix and for which she has duly accounted to the United States Government.
