CHAP. 888.— An Act For the relief of Charles B. Beck.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 6003](/us/bill/69/hr/6003).] [[Private, No. 317](/us/pvtl/69/317).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stages of America in Congress assembled*,Charles B. Beck.Reimbursement to, for stolen postal funds. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,729.94, to Charles B.
Beck, postmaster at Richmond, Indiana, said sum being the sum he voluntarily paid into the Treasury to make good the amount of public money appropriated by a postal clerk, Otto H. Sprong, to his own use, who was duly tried and convicted of said crime, and punished by imprisonment in the penitentiary. Approved, July 3, 1926.
