CHAP. 887.— An Act For the relief of F. G. Alderete.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 4842](/us/bill/69/hr/4842).] [[Private, No. 316](/us/pvtl/69/316).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,F. G. Alderete.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and. he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to F. G. Alderete, of El Paso, Texas, the sum of $9,000, the said sum representing the value or two hundred cases of ammunition belonging to said Alderete, seized on October 26, 1917, by military authorities of the United States and never returned to the owner, F.
G. Alderete, nor any remuneration made to him by the United States Government therefor. Approved, July 3, 1926.
