CHAP. 884.— An Act For the relief of Richard Weatherston.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 1136](/us/bill/65/hr/1136).] [[Private, No. 313](/us/pvtl/65/313).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard Westherston.Payment to Guardian of, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to the legal guardian of Richard Weatherston, the sum of $2,000 for damages for the loss of sight in the right eye and facial sears caused by being struck by a Government-owned automobile which was driven by a Government employee.
