That the additional entry under the stock-raising homestead Act of December 29, 1916 (Thirty-ninth Statutes at Large, page 862), made by John Hebnes, on March 3, 1925, for east half of east half of section 22, township 7 north, range 9 east, Montana principal meridian, Montana, is hereby validated. Approved, July 3, 1926.
