CHAP. 874.— An Act To correct the military record of John P. Daley.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 10226](/us/bill/69/hr/10226).] [[Private, No. 303](/us/pvtl/69/303).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John P. Daley.Military record corrected. That John P. Daley, late of Battery B, Seventh Artillery, shall hereafter he held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member oi Battery B, Seventh Artillery, on the 3d day of August, 1900: *Provided,* That no pay,*Proviso.*No back pay, etc. bounty, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
