CHAP. 870.— An Act For the relief of Edward N. Moore.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 6226](/us/bill/69/hr/6226).] [[Private, No. 299](/us/pvtl/69/299).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edward N. Moore.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any law conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Edward N. Moore shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company A, Fifty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Battery A, Fifth Regiment United States Volunteer Artillery, on the 19th day of August, 1865: *Provided,* that no back pay,*Proviso.*No tact pay, etc. pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
