CHAP. 869.— An Act For the relief of Rachel Thomas, widow of William Thomas, deceased.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 5786](/us/bill/69/hr/5786).] [[Private, No. 298](/us/pvtl/69/298).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Thomas.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, William Thomas, deceased, who was a member of Company A, Fifth United States Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 23d day of June, 1865: *Provided,* That no*Proviso.*No bounty; etc. bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
