CHAP. 868.— An Act For the relief of Thomas H. Burgess.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 4252](/us/bill/65/hr/4252).] [[Private, No. 297](/us/pvtl/65/297).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas H. Burgess.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Thomas H. Burgess shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private in Company E, Fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry: *Provided,**Proviso*.No back pay, etc.
That no back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, July 3, 1926.
