CHAP. 867.— An Act For the relief of John Solen.July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 3448](/us/bill/69/hr/3448).][[Private, No. 296](/us/pvtl/69/296).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Solen.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, John Solen, who served with Company B, First Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Cavalry, Civil War, shall hereafter he held and considered to have been mustered in on August 14, 1862, and discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of said company and regiment on June 30, 1864: *Provided,* That no bounty, pension, pay or*Proviso.*No prior pension, etc. allowances shall be held as accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
