CHAP. 866.— An Act For the relief of T. Arthur Moore. July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 1952](/us/bill/69/hr/1952).] [[Private, No. 295](/us/pvtl/69/295).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, T. Arthur Moore. Exchange of lands in Utah with, authorized. That upon furnishing sufficient evidence that he is the owner of the southeast quarter of section 13, in township 1 north range 1 east of the Salt Lake meridian, in the State of Utah, T.
Arthur Moore is hereby authorized to convey to the United States the said land and to select in lieu thereof any tract of surveyed, vacant, unreserved, nonmineral public land of equal area and of the same character and of equal value to that conveyed; and the Secretary of the InteriorPatent, etc. to issue. is authorized, in his discretion, to accept such conveyance and to issue patent for the tract selected, the exchange to be made under such regulations as the Secretary of the Interior may prescribe.
