CHAP. 865.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to sell and patent to David A. Vincent certain lands in Oklahoma. July 3, 1926. [[H. R. c](/us/bill/69/hr/H. R. 1580).] [[Private, No. 294](/us/pvtl/69/294).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David A. Vincent. Patent to, on payment of price of certain lands in Oklahoma. That upon the payment to the United States of $10.00 per acre the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue patent to David A.
Vincent to a tract of land embracing ten and seventy-five one-hundredths acres, located within lot 2 of section 5 and lot 6 of section 6, township 7 north, range 13 west of the Indian meridian, situated in Caddo County, Oklahoma, said tract of ten and seventy-five one-hundredths acres having been reserved for school and park purposes and is no longer needed for such purposes: *Provided*, That payment be made and application filed hereunder*Proviso*.Application and payment, etc. in the district land office within six months after the approval of this Act, and that no adverse claim thereto be officially of record as pending when the application is allowed and the sale consummated.
